Work at Home No Experience Chat Assistant - Entry Level

We're looking to fill a chat support specialist position serving as a frontline communicator for website visitors. Multiple companies across India are actively recruiting for this role at the moment. In this capacity, you'll be responding to real-time customer inquiries and providing live chat support directly through business websites. All work takes place remotely, with most people working from their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring customers receive outstanding assistance and support. You'll be focused on managing all customer interactions effectively, fostering relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Your duties may span answering inquiries about products, responding positively to feedback, and tactfully addressing concerns. Additionally, you'll need to be attentive when managing sensitive situations that could pose risks to the business (such as health-related issues or product quality concerns).

Contract length: Flexible, no predetermined end date

Rate: $25 – $35 hourly

Skills/background needed: Access to a device capable of supporting web browsers and chat platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer). Capacity to work autonomously without constant supervision. Commitment to adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Minimum of 20 hours weekly that you can dedicate to work. Dependable broadband or mobile internet access.

Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours weekly

Location: Work from anywhere online (US-based candidates preferred).
