Key Responsibilities

    Prompt, Empathetic Communication:

    Respond to chat inquiries within the agreed SLA, providing clear, concise, and accurate information.

      Issue Resolution:

      Diagnose and resolve a wide range of worker concerns, from platform navigation to payment queries, using a problem‑solving mindset.

        Collaboration:

        Work closely with cross‑functional teams—Product, Engineering, and Finance—to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues.

          Product Knowledge:

          Stay current on workpinnacle platform updates, partner integrations, and new features to provide the most up‑to‑date support.

            Technical Assistance:

            Guide workers through troubleshooting steps, including login issues, app crashes, and data sync problems.

              Promotion of Value‑Add Features:

              Highlight platform benefits and new opportunities to encourage worker engagement and retention.

                Documentation & Escalation:

                Log all interactions accurately, flagging unresolved or high‑priority tickets for the appropriate department.

                  Continuous Improvement:

                  Provide feedback on common pain points and suggest enhancements to improve the chat support experience.

                  Essential Qualifications

                  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in a gig or staffing environment.
