E Moto USA is seeking a dedicated WFH Live Chat Customer Support Agent to join our growing team in Kahului. This full-time, fully remote position offers a flexible work-from-home opportunity within the fast-paced automotive industry. As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, product information, and order support through our live chat platform.

In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand loyalty for E Moto USA. You will handle customer inquiries in real time, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our electric mobility products. Our customer support team is the backbone of our customer-first approach, and your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $45.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and performance, along with a supportive, remote-friendly culture that prioritizes work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability details
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and troubleshooting

  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed customer records
