Job Description:

  • Empower Public Sector customers to transform into Agentic AI Enterprises
  • Help clients understand the "why" before the "how"
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to design customized strategic roadmaps
  • Drive the pre-sales motion by providing dedicated deal support
  • Lead the pre-sales discovery process and mitigate delivery risks
  • Orchestrate internal subject matter experts to validate solutions
  • Own and execute "Vision to Value" sessions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-level consulting services
  • 7+ years focused on the Salesforce platform
  • 5+ years experience working directly with Public Sector customers
  • 7+ years of deep enterprise-level project or program experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading the end-to-end discovery, solutioning, estimating, and SOW-creation process for multi-cloud, transformational programs
  • Active involvement in supporting the sale of professional services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence a group audience and facilitate complex solutioning workshops
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
