Senior Salesforce Consultant - Functional

About Crescent Digital

Crescent Digital is a boutique Salesforce consulting firm serving financial institutions and other leading organizations across the Caribbean and beyond. With a deliberately capped team holding 65+ Salesforce certifications, we deliver Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud transformations across 15+ countries. You will sit at the intersection of business and technology, translating client needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and acting as a trusted advisor throughout each engagement. This is a hands-on delivery role with real ownership: you will run discovery, own functional design, and carry engagements from requirements through go-live and adoption. Given our boutique model, you will often be the senior functional voice on an account, so independence, sound judgment, and client presence matter as much as technical skill.

What You'll Do

Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and process mapping with stakeholders, from operational users to executive sponsors.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and process flows for delivery teams.

Own functional design across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, aligning solutions to industry best practices and regulatory realities in our markets.

Configure core Salesforce capabilities, including client and household profiles, financial accounts, relationship management, action plans, case management, and service processes.

Coordinate across Solution Architects, developers, project managers, QA, and offshore delivery partners to keep milestones, risks, and dependencies on track.

Lead User Acceptance Testing, including scenario development, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff.

Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, BRDs, test plans, training materials, and executive presentations.

Support change management and adoption through end-user training, communications, and adoption planning.

Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, demonstrations, and proposal development.

What You Bring
Required

5+ years in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation in a client-facing delivery role.

Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.

Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design.

Hands-on configuration experience across at least two clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

Strong command of Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.

Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.

Experience with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.

Willingness to travel to client sites across the Caribbean and beyond as engagements require.

Preferred

Active Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent); Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce credentials a strong plus.

Familiarity with Agentforce and Data Cloud in a Sales and Service context.

Experience working with an offshore or hybrid delivery model.

Experience with system integration and data migration into Salesforce.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Why Crescent Digital
You will work on flagship Salesforce transformations across the Caribbean with direct client exposure and genuine ownership, not a seat buried in a large delivery pyramid. Our boutique model means your work is visible, your judgment is trusted, and your growth is deliberate. We invest in certifications and continued learning, and we build a culture grounded in principled leadership, regional commitment, and quality over volume.
