Senior Full Stack Developer with IBM MQ Experience

<p>Role: Senior Full Stack Developer</p><p>Hybrid: 4 days in office a week at Toronto, ON</p><p>6 Months Contract with possibility of extension</p><p><br></p><p>• At least 8-10 years of experience in full stack development</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field</p><p>• Strong programming skills in front-end and back-end technologies such as:</p><p>– Front-end: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js</p><p>– Back-end: Java, Node.js, Python, or C#</p><p>•Spring framework - Springboot</p><p>• IBM MQ experience</p><p>• Experience building responsive and scalable web applications</p><p>•Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX design principles</p><p>•Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs</p><p>• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems</p><p>• Experience with databases such as SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cosmos DB)</p><p>• Experience with ORM frameworks and data modeling</p><p>•Experience with Git-based source control tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket</p><p>•Experience working in Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)</p><p>• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices</p><p>• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure</p><p>•Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security principles</p><p>•Understanding of performance optimization and scalability considerations</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions</p><p>• Ability to research new tools/technologies and recommend improvements</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ability to work with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and DevOps)</p><p>• Knowledge of GitHub Copilot</p>
