Sales Representative – Business Development & Talent Acquisition

Sales Representative – Business Development & Talent Acquisition

Red House Realty is seeking a driven, personable Sales Representative to join our team and focus on growing our brokerage through agent recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing real estate professionals to Red House Realty, understanding their business needs, presenting our brokerage services and value proposition, and converting qualified prospects into Red House Realty agents.

This is a true sales role. You will be expected to prospect, build relationships, conduct sales conversations, follow up consistently, and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with licensed real estate agents through outbound calls, email, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective agents.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand an agent's current brokerage, production, goals, challenges, and reasons for considering a change.
  • Present Red House Realty's brokerage services, commission structures, technology, training, support, culture, and other competitive advantages.
  • Conduct brokerage presentations and recruitment meetings with prospective agents.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and overcome objections professionally.
  • Negotiate and close qualified agents on joining Red House Realty.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities within the company's CRM.
  • Develop long-term relationships with agents and generate referrals from both prospects and existing members of the brokerage.
  • Work closely with brokerage leadership to refine recruitment strategies, messaging, and sales processes.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly recruitment and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is comfortable with outbound sales and relationship-based selling. You should be confident speaking with professionals, asking direct questions, handling objections, and asking for the business.

Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, real estate, financial services, SaaS, or other professional services is an asset. Direct real estate experience is beneficial but not required for the right salesperson.

You should be:

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Comfortable making a significant volume of outbound calls
  • Persuasive without being overly aggressive
  • Professional and articulate
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Comfortable working toward measurable sales targets
  • Capable of managing a sales pipeline independently
  • Interested in real estate, entrepreneurship, and business development
  • Motivated by performance-based compensation and the opportunity to grow with the company
