Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $110,000+)

A rapidly growing global SaaS organization is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team based in downtown Toronto.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will lead a team of outbound sales professionals responsible for demonstrating a market-leading software platform, winning new business, and driving revenue growth across the SMB market.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone who enjoys coaching salespeople, analysing performance, improving sales processes, and creating a high-performance culture. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure your team consistently exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team.
  • Drive daily sales activity, pipeline management, and KPI achievement.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Distribute and manage inbound and marketing-generated leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyse sales metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and performance insights.
  • Develop sales campaigns, competitions, and incentive programs to motivate the team.
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven sales culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute commercial objectives and support business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment.
  • Proven experience managing outbound, telephone-based sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Experience leading consultative B2B sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire teams to consistently exceed targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, target-driven environment.
