We handle a variety of commercial and residential flat roofs, including torch-on, EPDM, TPO, and built-up systems.

We're looking for skilled and reliable roofers to join our crew for ongoing repair and maintenance work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, leak detection, and repairs on flat roof systems
  • Install and maintain torch-on, single-ply (EPDM/TPO), and built-up roofing systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot problem areas on existing roofs
  • Safely operate tools, ladders, and other roofing equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Complete job reports and communicate findings with foreman or supervisor

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of flat roofing experience preferred (repairs especially)
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Experience with torch-on, EPDM, and TPO is an asset
  • Basic hand tools and PPE required (company can supply specialized gear)
  • Valid full G driver’s license and clean driving abstract
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
