OGEE Soudage HP inc. est une entreprise en développement spécialisée en soudage mobile, maintenance et travaux industriels. Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) au développement des affaires possédant idéalement un réseau de contacts déjà établi dans le domaine industriel, du soudage ou de la machinerie lourde.

Nous cherchons une personne autonome à qui nous pourrons déléguer progressivement l’ensemble du développement de la clientèle et de la recherche de contrats.

Principales responsabilités

Rechercher et développer de nouveaux clients et contrats;

Utiliser et développer son réseau de contacts dans le secteur industriel;

Prospecter des usines, entrepreneurs, entreprises de machinerie et autres clients potentiels;

Identifier les appels d’offres, projets, contrats de maintenance et arrêts planifiés (shutdowns);

Effectuer les suivis auprès des clients et développer des relations d’affaires à long terme;

Participer au marketing et au développement de la visibilité de l’entreprise;

Possibilité de participer à la préparation et au suivi des soumissions;

Travailler directement avec la direction afin d'établir les priorités de développement.

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons avant tout une personne débrouillarde, autonome et orientée vers les résultats, qui connaît le fonctionnement du milieu industriel.

Une expérience en représentation, vente B2B, estimation, soudage, mécanique industrielle, construction ou maintenance industrielle constitue un atout important.

Un réseau de contacts existant dans l'un ou plusieurs de nos secteurs d'activité représente un avantage majeur.

Rémunération et possibilité d'avancement

Le poste est rémunéré à 100 % à commission, selon les contrats et clients développés.

Il s'agit d'une occasion de participer directement à la croissance d'une jeune entreprise. Pour la bonne personne, il existe une réelle possibilité d'évoluer vers un rôle beaucoup plus important au sein d'OGEE Soudage HP inc., jusqu'à devenir éventuellement le bras droit de la direction pour le développement des affaires.

Nous recherchons donc davantage qu'un simple vendeur : nous voulons bâtir une relation à long terme avec quelqu'un qui souhaite contribuer activement au développement de l'entreprise.

Rémunération : 25,00$ à 50,00$ par heure
