JVA Logistique est une société de courtage en transport qui accompagne les entreprises dans la gestion de leurs besoins en transport et logistique partout au Canada et aux États-Unis. Nous recherchons une personne passionnée par le développement des affaires qui souhaite avoir un impact concret au sein d'une PME agile.

Vous aurez comme mission principale de développer un portefeuille de nouveaux clients, bâtir des relations d'affaires durables et contribuer directement à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Les responsabilités

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients
  • Développer un réseau de contacts et établir des relations d'affaires durables avec de nouveaux prospects
  • Assurer le suivi des opportunités dans le CRM
  • Maintenir les relations avec les clients et agir en tant que conseiller pour répondre à leurs demandes
  • Participer aux processus de soumission et d'établissement des prix
  • Promouvoir les services de transport et de logistique de JVA Logistique
  • Fidéliser les clients et identifier de nouvelles occasions d'affaires
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe des opérations afin d'assurer une excellente expérience client

Profil recherché
  • Expérience en ventes et développement des affaires B2B
  • Expérience dans le domaine du transport et de la logistique (un atout important)
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et négociation
  • Formation pertinente pour le poste (un atout)
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques (CRM et TMS) et la suite Microsoft Office
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats
