Remote Customer Service

Your role will be to process email requests from customers regarding rewards and promotional offers. This includes answering questions about discounts, gift cards, free shipping coupons and any ongoing promotional campaigns in a professional and clear manner. You will:

Provide accurate information on available rewards and how customers can qualify or exchange them

Help customers solve problems related to promotional codes, vouchers or eligibility

Maintain politeness, helpful and professional in all email responses

Ensure that customers fully understand the terms and conditions of each offer

  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary The main objective of the role is to ensure that customers receive clear, timely and useful support so that they can easily access and take advantage of all available promotional offers.

*Purchase or redeem approved digital items when instructed.

*Manage online transactions using company-approved methods.

· Schedule: 3-8 hours a day, 5 days a day per week

· Salary: $34-37per hour, paid every week · Requirements: Personal laptop and mobile phone

· Training: Complete training will be provided free of charge

· Hours: Flexible hours are available according to operational needs.
