Receptionist (Temporary)

We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic and customer service-oriented receptionist for a
one-month coverage from Monday Aug 10 to Tuesday Sept 1 with our downtown Toronto Investment Management client. If you are looking for a summer opportunity with a dynamic company, don’t hesitate to apply!
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Entering and tracking building maintenance requests.
  • Assist with expense reports.
  • Booking meeting rooms, filing and copying/scanning.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering accordingly.
  • Care taking of lobby area, receptionist desk.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills; in-person and over the phone.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience operating a multi-line phone system.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining professional composure.
  • Polished and professional in presentation.
