Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

Shift: Day, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available

About the Opportunity

We are hiring Production Associates to join a growing bakery manufacturing company specializing in premium bakery products. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

You'll work with a supportive team committed to producing high-quality bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, package, and inspect bakery products on the production line
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
  • Monitor ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow GMP, HACCP, and workplace health & safety procedures
  • Assist with equipment changeovers, sanitation, and other production tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or bakery production is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
  • Able to lift up to 25 kg when required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the full expected assignment period, without requiring sponsorship from the client.
