Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Online Teacher at OnScholars.

The Online

Teacher will design and deliver virtual lessons, facilitate live online classes, and provide individualized support to students through digital platforms.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, assessing student progress, and offering constructive feedback. The role involves maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians, managing class schedules, and using educational technology to enhance engagement and understanding.

The Online

Teacher will collaborate with other educators to improve curriculum content, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive online learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Lesson Planning and Teaching skills to design structured, engaging online classes.
  • Candidates should possess solid Education and Training experience to support diverse learners and continuously improve instructional methods.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, families, and colleagues in a remote setting.
  • Relevant experience with online or blended learning environments and familiarity with educational technology platforms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, organize multiple classes or groups, and work independently in a remote role.
  • Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered education and the ability to support students from varied backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience; teaching certifications are an advantage.
