Position Summary

  • Amaris is seeking a dynamic and strategic
  • Marketing Manager
  • to lead and execute all marketing efforts that grow our brand, drive awareness, and support our clients in the mom & baby ecosystem. This role requires deep empathy for our audience, a passion for maternal health and wellness, and a results-driven approach to multi-channel marketing.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy:
  • Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy to align with Amaris’ mission, business objectives, and target audiences, including healthcare professionals, DME suppliers, and end-consumers.
  • Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, product education, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media that resonate with moms, clinicians, and partners.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, email, influencer, event, and partnership-driven) to generate leads and build awareness for both Amaris and its client portfolio.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Grow and engage our audience on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms with timely, relevant, and authentic content.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business development, sales, client partners, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with broader company goals.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the mom & baby, healthcare, wellness, or DME industry.
  • IBCLC, CLC, CBS, or similar lactation credential.
  • Experience working with medical devices, lactation, or postpartum care products.
  • Familiarity with the DME space or B2B2C healthcare marketing.
  • Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong content writing, storytelling, and brand voice development skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Brevo, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media schedulers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, speed, and creativity.
  • A self-starter with a passion for maternal health, baby care, and purpose-driven marketing.
