Job Description

Career.cargoxis is actively seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Loader Unloaders at our Castlemore, Brampton facility. As a Loader Unloader, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will involve the manual loading and unloading of various materials and products from trucks, trailers, and containers, preparing them for storage or shipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manually load and unload freight, materials, and products from trucks, trailers, and containers.
  • Verify quantities and inspect items for damage during loading and unloading processes.
  • Move materials to designated storage areas using manual pallet jacks or other non-motorized equipment.
  • Sort and organize packages according to destination or product type.
  • Wrap and band pallets to ensure stability for storage or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including inventory support and facility upkeep.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
  • Excellent physical stamina and endurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
