Knowledge Analyst - Procurement

Conduct research and analysis on procurement and supply chain management topics to support the development of insights and solutions for clients. Collaborate with McKinsey's Procurement Practice experts to understand client needs and develop customized solutions. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in procurement processes and operations. Support the creation of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in procurement and supply chain management to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise. Assist in the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Proactively identify potential challenges or roadblocks in projects and propose solutions to overcome them. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and development by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
