The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Under the general supervision of the First Cook, maintain and monitor buffet stations throughout service periods.Replenish food items, dishes, utensils, and serving equipment at buffet stations to ensure continuous availability.Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including countertops, serving surfaces, and surrounding floors.Monitor food presentation and temperature compliance on buffet stations and steam tables.Prepare and stock beverage stations, condiment containers, and service supplies.Assist guests with buffet service inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.Clear and reset buffet stations between service periods and at end of shift.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.QualificationsGrowth, Development & Qualifications:Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.Must have good attendance record.Must have good disciplinary recordPersonal and professional integrity, appearance, and demeanor.Embodies our value behaviors: Service Spirit, Team Spirit, and the Spirit of Progress.Must have food safety InformationReady to be part of something greater?
