80,700 - 98,700

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un.e expert.e en sinistre sur la route pour notre equipe de responsabilite civile!

Exigences relatives aux deplacements : Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez gerer des dossiers principalement sur la rive nord de Montreal.


Ce que vous ferez :

  • Enqueter sur des sinistres relativement complexes en matiere de responsabilite civile en ligne commerciale et personnelle et ce, en communiquant de maniere opportune et respectueuse avec les clients, les entrepreneurs, les consultants et toute autre partie concernee.
  • Evaluer la responsabilite civile potentielle de l'assure et des tierces parties en consultant des experts.
  • Effectuer des taches sur le terrain pour le compte des experts en sinistres internes.
  • Fournir un service a la clientele de qualite superieure aux clients externes et internes, et repondre aux questions relatives au processus de reclamation.
  • Documenter le dossier de sinistre en rencontrant toutes les parties concernees et en obtenant les rapports et declarations appropries des clients, des tiers, des evaluateurs, des experts en sinistres tiers, des demandeurs, des temoins, de la police et de tout autre expert pertinent afin de determiner la couverture.
  • Evaluer et analyser les informations recueillies, interpreter le libelle de la police d'assurance en matiere de responsabilite civile, determiner la couverture et evaluer les dommages.
  • Dans les limites des pouvoirs etablis, negocier avec les clients, les tiers, les demandeurs, les avocats et les assureurs pour regler les sinistres.
  • Veiller a la gestion efficace des couts.
  • Maintenir une connaissance a jour des produits d'assurance, ainsi que de l'evaluation ou de l'enquete.


Ce que vous mettrez a profit :

  • Detenir un certificat d'expert en sinistre (5A).
  • Diplome universitaire ou toute combinaison de formation et d'experience jugee pertinente pour le poste.
  • 5 a 7 ans d'experience dans le traitement des reclamations de biens personnels et commerciaux avec au moins une partie de l'experience acquise directement sur le terrain. Le traitement de reclamations en matiere de responsabilite civile est un atout.
  • Faire preuve d'une passion pour le service a la clientele et posseder de solides competences en communication ecrite et verbale.
  • Autonome et oriente(e) vers les objectifs, capable de travailler dans un environnement en evolution rapide.
  • Forte aptitude a la technologie avec d'excellentes competences informatiques.
  • Solides competences en matiere de resolution de problemes et de depannage.
  • Permis de conduire valide avec un bon dossier de conduite.
  • Possibilite de voyager a court terme.
  • Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) - Necessite de repondre aux appels et de fournir une prestation de services a une clientele anglophone sur une base reguliere.
