Entry-Level Clerk / Administrative Clerk

The Entry-Level Clerk / Administrative Clerk is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and looking to start their career in office administration. The position involves performing basic clerical duties, handling correspondence, maintaining office files, and assisting senior staff with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clerical Support:

    • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or departments.

    • Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

    • Prepare and maintain office documents, forms, and correspondence.

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping:

    • Enter and update information into company databases and record systems.

    • Ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently.

    • Assist in maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Mail and Correspondence:

    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
