[What We Expect from You]
  • Mature Capacity Network & Industry Experience: Must have at least 2 years of operational experience in Last-mile Delivery. Applying DSPs must have an existing, reliable delivery driver network equipped with vehicles, capable of responding promptly and handling large-scale delivery volumes.
  • Strict Compliance & Safety Awareness: Must possess legitimate and legal corporate or operational qualifications. During daily operations, you must strictly adhere to all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations regarding transportation, labor, and safety in Canada.
  • Standardized Operational Execution: Must meet standardized administrative and operational requirements, including barcode scanning, capturing high-quality Proof of Delivery (POD) photos, and driver attendance clock-ins.
  • Efficient Communication & On-site Management: Managers must possess excellent communication skills and dispatching capabilities. You should be able to efficiently coordinate a three-way collaboration among the GOFO operations center, warehouse personnel, and your driver network, rapidly responding to and properly resolving any unexpected situations.
  • Comprehensive Driver Compensation Guarantee: DSPs must have a strong commercial reputation, committing to and taking responsibility for providing fair, reasonable, and timely wage settlements for the independent drivers (or employees) they hire. This ensures the stability and service quality of the frontline operational team.
