Job Title: Commercial Delivery Driver – Package Delivery (B2B Routes)

Location: Barrie, ON

Job Description

We are seeking reliable, professional Delivery Drivers to manage package delivery routes operating out of Barrie and the surrounding area.

A high proportion of our daily volume involves business-to-business (B2B) deliveries. We are looking for self-motivated drivers who value punctuality, maintain a professional presentation, and handle daily account responsibilities dependably.

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Pay Rate: $180 flat rate per day
  • Pay Cycle: Paid bi-weekly (following the start of the standard billing cycle)

Schedule & Work Details

  • Schedule: 5 to 7 days per week options available
  • Shift Type: Day shifts
  • Primary Focus: Commercial and business package delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport and deliver packages safely and on schedule to commercial locations and businesses.
  • Maintain professional interaction with business staff and client receivers.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
  • Manage daily delivery sequence efficiently using mobile/routing apps.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to punctual, reliable attendance.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, load, and unload packages throughout the shift.
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
