Position Overview This is a full‑time, remote position with a day‑shift schedule (7:00 am – 3:30 pm Central Time). You will be part of a dynamic, multi‑tasking operations team that handles order intake, inventory coordination, shipment logistics, and customer communication for blood and plasma derivatives. The role offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.00‑$16.50, with additional compensation for higher‑cost‑of‑living locations. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment: Receive routine orders for a wide range of blood, plasma, and transfusion‑related products. Accurately enter orders into the system, verify product availability, and coordinate timely shipment. Logistics Optimization: Determine the most economical and compliant transportation method for each hospital shipment, balancing cost, speed, and regulatory requirements. Inventory Management: Monitor and rotate inventory across primary and remote facilities, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while adhering to safety standards. Customer Communication: Proactively engage with hospital clients to provide order updates, resolve concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction.
