Content Creator - YouTube Host

Mulder Agency is looking for a confident, natural on-camera presenter to become one of the public faces of our AI Visibility content.<br><br>This is initially a flexible, part-time role focused on recording short and long-form business videos from home. Over time, the right person may grow into a larger role as a webinar co-host, podcast/video interviewer, and potentially a speaker at live business events.<br><br>You do not need to be an AI expert today.<br><br>We will provide the subject-matter training, scripts, talking points, examples, and ongoing coaching.<br><br>What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally on camera.<br><br>What You Would Do<br><br>Initially, the role will focus on recording approximately two videos per week.<br><br>Videos may include:<br><br>- YouTube videos about AI Visibility<br>- Educational business videos<br>- Industry-specific videos<br>- Introductions to website reviews and audits<br>- Short-form video content<br>- Podcast-style recordings<br>- Webinar promotional content<br><br>Most videos can be recorded remotely from your own home studio, basement, office, or other quiet professional-looking environment.<br><br>Scripts and key messaging will be provided.<br><br>You should be comfortable learning the material, understanding the main idea, and delivering it naturally rather than simply reading words from a screen.<br><br>Long-Term Opportunity<br><br>For the right person, we would like to develop this role beyond prerecorded videos.<br><br>Possible future responsibilities include:<br><br>- Co-hosting live webinars<br>- Interviewing business owners and industry experts<br>- Hosting podcast/video conversations<br>- Moderating virtual events<br>- Presenting AI Visibility topics to business audiences<br>- Speaking at live Mulder Agency events<br>- Representing Mulder Agency in selected video and educational content<br><br>We understand that someone with strong presentation and sales ability may not initially know English communication<br>- Strong on-camera presence<br>- Clear and confident speaking voice<br>- Comfortable speaking to a business audience<br>- Natural presentation style<br>- Ability to follow a script without sounding scripted<br>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br>- Sales instincts and an understanding of how to hold attention<br>- Professional appearance and attitude<br>- Reliable and able to meet recording deadlines<br>- Comfortable learning new business and technology concepts<br><br>Acting, presenting, broadcasting, sales, training, public speaking, hosting, or Visibility / Answer Engine Optimization.<br><br>In simple terms, this is about helping businesses become easier for AI systems, search engines, and customers to understand, trust, and discover.<br><br>Topics may include:<br><br>- How businesses appear in AI-powered search<br>- Website structure<br>- Online reputation<br>- Reviews<br>- Business credibility<br>- Competitor visibility<br>- Search behaviour<br>- AI-related changes in marketing<br>- Lead generation and business growth<br><br>We will provide training so that you become increasingly comfortable discussing these subjects.<br><br>Initial Commitment<br><br>The minimum initial commitment is:<br><br>- Approximately 2 recorded videos per week<br>- Remote recording<br>- Flexible schedule<br>- Scripts/materials provided<br>- Compensation per completed video<br><br>This can work well as an after-hours or side role for someone who already has other employment, acting work, sales work, or freelance projects.<br><br>As the role develops, compensation and responsibilities can evolve based on:<br><br>- video quality<br>- reliability<br>- ability to learn the subject<br>- webinar participation<br>- interview/hosting ability<br>- live speaking capability<br>- overall contribution to the brand<br><br>Recording Setup<br><br>You should have, or be willing to create, a simple professional recording environment.<br><br>At minimum:<br><br>- quiet room<br>- clean or professional background<br>- good internet connection<br>- quality microphone<br>- reasonable lighting<br>-
