Skilled Painter – Hourly<br>Construction Company<br><br>We are looking for skilled, reliable painters to join our construction team. The ideal candidate has experience with residential and/or commercial painting and takes pride in delivering clean, professional-quality work.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and repairing as needed<br>- Apply paint, stain, primer, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers<br>- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, and other surfaces<br>- Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas before starting work<br>- Maintain clean and organized work areas<br>- Follow project specifications and company quality standards<br>- Identify surface issues and complete necessary preparation before painting<br>- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results<br>- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements<br><br>Requirements<br><br>- Previous painting/construction experience<br>- Strong attention to detail and good finishing skills<br>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br>- Reliable transportation and punctuality<br>- Good communication and professional attitude<br>- Ability to work safely on ladders and at different heights<br>- Own basic painting tools is an asset<br>- Valid driver's license is an asset<br><br>What We Offer<br><br>- Competitive hourly pay based on experience<br>- Steady construction work<br>- Opportunities for additional hours<br>- Professional and respectful work environment<br>- Potential for long-term employment and advancement<br><br>Job Type: Full-time / Part-time<br>Location: Ontario<br>Pay: Based on experience
