Client Relations Associate

LiftBridge Collective is hiring a full-time Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is an in-person, customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing professional relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will communicate directly with customers in person. You will have face-to-face conversations, answer questions, explain available products and services, and help guide customers through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do As a Client Relations Associate:

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and priorities
  • Explain available products and services clearly and professionally
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information
  • Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account process
  • Follow up with customers when needed
  • Maintain a professional approach during every customer interaction
  • Work with the team to meet individual and team performance goals
