What youll be doing:

Youll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth memorable cinema operations including:

  • Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
  • Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail ticketing and ushering
  • Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
  • Maintaining high standards across safety cleanliness compliance and food handling
  • Running shift briefings and making on shift operational decisions
  • Coaching team members to build skills confidence and progression
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
