<p>Business Systems Analyst (ERP Support) - <strong>fully bilingual French/English</strong> </p><p><strong>Location</strong>: remote, but must reside in Montreal, Quebec City or Ottawa and be open to occasional visits to office</p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>6mo with strong probability of extension </p><p><br></p><p>Main Deliverables</p><ul><li>Support and enhance ERP applications across the business.</li><li>Translate business requirements into system solutions and functional specifications.</li><li>Manage ERP configurations, system updates, testing, and issue resolution.</li><li>Ensure business processes and e-commerce integrations operate effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technical Stack</p><ul><li>ERP Systems (support, configuration, maintenance, upgrades)</li><li>E-commerce Platforms</li><li>Business Process Analysis</li><li>Requirements Gathering & Documentation</li><li>Functional Specifications</li><li>Testing & UAT Planning</li><li>Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis</li><li>System Configuration & Change Management</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Approximately 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms, including: a) System updates and releases, b) Configuration changes, c) Incident troubleshooting and resolution, d) Ongoing production support</li><li>Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and operational improvements.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, integrations, and related business processes.</li><li>Proven experience creating and maintaining: a) Process documentation, b) Functional requirements, c) Use cases, d) Test plans and testing documentation.</li><li>Experience within retail, distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for ERP applications and related business systems.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications for technical teams.</li><li>Coordinate ERP system updates, enhancements, configuration changes, and deployment activities.</li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li><li>Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.</li><li>Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, validation, and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Maintain detailed process maps, system documentation, and functional requirements.</li><li>Work with e-commerce and business system stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operational effectiveness.</li><li>Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and functional requirements.</li></ul><p></p>
