Key Responsibilities

As a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our French‑speaking customers. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in French.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical and non‑technical issues with a focus on first‑contact resolution.
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical or product teams while maintaining clear communication.
