Responsibilities
- Provide insights and data for marketing activities and product launches.
- Generate customer KPI reports and implement best practices for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Support the design and planning of promotional activities (targeting, offers) for all promotional activities and product launches throughout the year.
- Optimize marketing activities based on consumer knowledge, profiling, and segmentation.
- Process Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and support the implementation of new measures to strengthen loyalty in existing Business-to-Customer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) bases.
- Support sales and marketing departments in their analytical needs.
- Identify key trends influencing consumer behavior, such as consumption and loyalty.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience in business administration or statistics, with a focus on consumer analysis and marketing.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role, including analysis, data analysis and statistics, business intelligence, marketing insights.
- Bilingualism in English and French required, as this position involves collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market (and/or globally).
- Experience with statistical software and/or SQL programming and Power BI.
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and targeting methodologies required.
- Ability to transform data and insights into profitable business recommendations.
